Low processing temperatures help preserve honey's natural enzymes and health giving properties.
If you prefer a runny honey, our organic honey has been heated to a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius to keep it clear and liquid. However, given the low processing temperatures, this honey will crystallise over time. Gentle warming of the jar will return the honey to its runny state.
