500g rump steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 small red chilli thinly sliced, optional
1 tsp lemon rind grated
3 tsp curry powder or to taste

250g coconut milk
Method:
In a saucepan, add oils, onion, chilli, garlic, lemon rind and curry powder. Cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add meat and cook until browned. Add soy sauce, coconut milk and peanut butter and stir until smooth. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.

250g butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
3 tbsp milk
Method:
In a saucepan, melt 125g butter on low heat. When it begins to bubble, stir ½ cup sugar until smooth. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp vanilla and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute. Pour into lined baking dish and layer with sliced apples. Preheat oven to 160⁰C. In a large bowl, gently mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, remaining butter and ½ cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 tsp vanilla. Slowly beat in the flour mixture until just combined. Stir in milk. Pour batter over the top of the apple mixture in the baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool and cut into slices before serving.

1/2 cup traditional rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
1 tsp cinammon
1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a small pan and cook over medium heat while stirring. Cook ingredients in pan for 5–10 minutes until tender. Place in a bowl and top with additional Ambrosia Organic Honey. If berries are frozen, add them into pan at the beginning of the cooking process. If berries are fresh, stir through once oats are cooked through.

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2½ medium or 2 large bananas)

Preheat oven to 165⁰C. In a large bowl, beat the oil and honey together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat until well combined. Add in the banana and milk and whisk again. Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk. With a spoon, stir in the flour until just combined. Pour mixture into a lined baking tin and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with butter and honey.

In a small container, combine milk, chia seeds, peanut butter and honey. Stir with a spoon until combined. Add oats and stir a few more times and ensure all oats are covered in liquid. Preheat oven to 150⁰C. Combine oats, coconut and almonds in a food processor. Add oil, honey, baking soda and vanilla and mix for about 15-30 seconds or until just combined. Add the water and process again. Form into small cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten down cookies with a spoon. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
