  • Banana, Passionfruit & Honey Smoothie

    Serves: 1


    1 banana, ripe

    1 passionfruit

    1/2 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Honey

    400ml light coconut cream

    1/3 cup ice


    Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

  • Satay Beef Curry

    Serves: 4


    500g rump steak, thinly sliced

    1 tbsp peanut oil

    1 onion, sliced

    1 garlic clove, crushed

    1 small red chilli thinly sliced, optional

    1 tsp lemon rind grated

    3 tsp curry powder or to taste

    1 tbsp soy sauce

    2 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Peanut Butter

    250g coconut milk


    In a saucepan, add oils, onion, chilli, garlic, lemon rind and curry powder. Cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add meat and cook until browned. Add soy sauce, coconut milk and peanut butter and stir until smooth. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.

  • Ambrosia Peanut Butter Apple Cake

    Serves: 6-8


    1/2 cup Ambrosia Organic Peanut Butter

    250g butter

    1 cup dark brown sugar

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    2 tsp vanilla extract

    2 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced

    1 cup plain flour

    1 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    3 large eggs

    3 tbsp milk


    In a saucepan, melt 125g butter on low heat. When it begins to bubble, stir ½ cup sugar until smooth. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp vanilla and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute. Pour into lined baking dish and layer with sliced apples. Preheat oven to 160⁰C. In a large bowl, gently mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, remaining butter and ½ cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 tsp vanilla. Slowly beat in the flour mixture until just combined. Stir in milk. Pour batter over the top of the apple mixture in the baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool and cut into slices before serving.

  • Ambrosia Honey Pancakes

    Serves: 1


    1 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey

    1/2 cup traditional rolled oats

    1 cup milk of choice

    1 tsp cinammon

    1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen


    Combine all ingredients in a small pan and cook over medium heat while stirring. Cook ingredients in pan for 5–10 minutes until tender. Place in a bowl and top with additional Ambrosia Organic Honey. If berries are frozen, add them into pan at the beginning of the cooking process. If berries are fresh, stir through once oats are cooked through.

  • Ambrosia Banana Bread

    Serves: 6-8


    ½ cup Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey

    ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted

    2 eggs

    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2½ medium or 2 large bananas)

    1/4 cup milk of choice or water

    1 tsp baking soda

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    1 3/4 cups white flour


    Preheat oven to 165⁰C. In a large bowl, beat the oil and honey together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat until well combined. Add in the banana and milk and whisk again. Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk. With a spoon, stir in the flour until just combined. Pour mixture into a lined baking tin and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with butter and honey.

  • Ambrosia Honey Pancakes

    Serves: 2


    • 2⁄3 cup Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey
    • 2 1⁄2 cups flour
    • 3 tbsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1⁄4 tsp salt
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1⁄2 cups milk
    • 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil


    In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix well. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour batter onto a greased pan at medium heat. When bubbles begin to form, flip each pancake. Continue cooking until lightly browned. Serve with extra Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey and fresh berries.

  • Ambrosia Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

    Serves: 6


    • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
    • 3/4 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Peanut Butter
    • 1 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats


    In a small container, combine milk, chia seeds, peanut butter and honey. Stir with a spoon until combined. Add oats and stir a few more times and ensure all oats are covered in liquid. Cover with a lid and leave to set in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with your choice of pantry toppings like shredded coconut, lsa or fruit.

  • Anzac Biscuits

    Serves: 6


    • 1 1/2 cups organic rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
    • 1/2 cup flaked or chopped almonds
    • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
    • 3 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Honey
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp bicarb soda
    • 1 tbsp water


    Preheat oven to 150⁰C. Combine oats, coconut and almonds in a food processor. Add oil, honey, baking soda and vanilla and mix for about 15-30 seconds or until just combined. Add the water and process again. Form into small cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten down cookies with a spoon. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

  • Ambrosia Honey Balsamic Dressing

    Serves: 4


    • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil


    Place the vinegar, onion, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a blender and puree, gradually adding in the olive oil. Puree for 2 additional minutes or until thick.

  • Ambrosia Honey Oatmeal Mask

    Serves: 1


    • 2 tbsp ground oats
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    • 2 tbsp Ambrosia Organic Raw Honey
    • 4 drops tea tree essential oil


    Grind the oats by placing in a blender and pulse until coarse. In a small bowl, mix together oats, lemon juice, honey and tea tree oil. Apply to face, avoiding eyes and mouth. Leave on skin for 10-15 minutes. Remove mask with cold water and a washcloth.
